Returns Policy

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check sizes, measurements/size guide and descriptions of each item before purchasing as they are all individual.

Buyers must make the return request within 14 days of their date of purchase, there is a 14 day grace period after this window for the buyer to send their item back to us in saleable condition. We reserve the right to accept/decline a return if we believe it to be worn/used. 

Buyers must make their own shipping arrangements to send an item back.

Please note, if you decide to exchange your item you will be liable to pay £4.99 return shipping if you'd like a replacement sent out.

If you decide to cancel your purchase before we dispatch it we would also be happy to give you a full refund.

We are also able to offer exchanges/store credit in the form of a Levuroy gift card.

Please note: Size guide in descriptions is written as a rough guide, please allow a margin of error as size guide is only recommended, as these items are handmade and hand stitched.
